Kinetiq™ -  Patellar Precision Strap

Pressure on one point, not the whole knee.

🎯 One point, not the whole joint. A silicone pad presses on the patellar tendon and redirects the load away from it.

🔒 It grips skin, so it stays put. Through runs, stairs, lunges, a full 90 minutes.

🌬️ Open-weave fabric. You forget it’s on. No sweat trap, no itch, no bulge under trousers.

🎯 One point takes the load

Every step, every stair, every push up out of a chair drives force down through the tendon just below your kneecap. Not the whole joint — one strip of tissue about the width of a thumb.

That’s where the ache starts. And that’s the one place a sleeve doesn’t actually touch.

🚫 Why sleeves and braces didn’t work for you

A sleeve wraps the entire knee in neoprene and squeezes everything equally. Spread pressure everywhere means focused pressure nowhere. A hinged brace locks the joint and limits how you move.

Kinetiq does one thing: it applies firm pressure on the tendon and changes where the force goes. Smaller on purpose.

🔒 It stays where you put it

The complaint about every strap on the market is the same — it slides. You spend the walk readjusting it.

The inner face of the Kinetiq pad is silicone and grips directly on skin. It doesn’t roll, doesn’t creep down the calf, doesn’t need a mid-run fix.

🌬️ Ten hours on, and you forget it’s there

Most knee supports turn your leg into a sauna inside half an hour. Kinetiq uses an open-weave band that moves air instead of trapping it. No pooling, no itch, no rash line at the end of the day.

📏 One size, and we mean it

Adjustable from 11 to 20 inches. No size chart, no measuring tape, no returning it because you picked wrong. Slim legs, athletic legs, larger legs — same strap.

👖 Nobody can see it

It sits flat under work trousers, gym leggings and football socks. A few millimetres of profile. People notice you’re walking normally, not that you’re wearing something.

⏱️ Ten seconds, standing up

No straps to thread, no buckles to learn, nothing to set up. Wrap, position the pad, tighten. You’ll stop thinking about putting it on by day three.

Kinetiq isn’t about materials. It’s about the second flight of stairs, and the part of the walk where you used to turn back.

  • I’d stopped using the stairs at work. Three floors, and by the second landing my knee was doing that sharp thing on the way down. I’d been taking the lift for about a year and telling myself it was fine. Bought this mostly because it was cheap enough to not matter. Wore it a week before I noticed I’d been doing the stairs without thinking about it. It’s not magic — my knee is still my knee. But the stairs are back.

    Mark F.

  • Physio suggested a patellar strap and I ignored it for months because I’d already spent money on a brace that sat in a drawer. This one is tiny, which made me more sceptical, not less. Two weeks in and I’m doing leg press and lunges again without that sting on the way down. I keep one in my gym bag and one in the car.

    Kimberly G.

  • I garden. That means kneeling, standing, kneeling again, maybe forty times in an afternoon. I’d cut it to an hour because that’s all my knee would give me. First weekend with this I did three hours and only stopped because it got dark. It doesn’t slide when I kneel on it, which was the thing I expected to hate.

Your knee isn’t failing. The load has nowhere to go.

Walk up a flight of stairs and your body puts roughly three to four times your bodyweight through the knee. Going down, more. It doesn’t spread across the joint — it funnels into the tendon below your kneecap, an area about the size of a coin.

That tendon takes it all day. Stairs, chairs, the car, the dog, the last two miles. By the evening it’s doing the only thing it can do to get your attention.

So the honest version is this: nothing is broken. One small piece of tissue is doing a job it was never asked to do alone.

Kinetiq takes the point, so the tendon doesn’t.

It wraps on in ten seconds. From then on, a firm silicone pad sits directly below the kneecap and presses on the tendon, which changes the angle the force travels through and moves the pull away from the sore spot.

No pills, no rub, no appointment, nothing to remember. You put it on with your socks and take it off at night.

And because it’s a band and not a cast, your knee bends exactly the way it did yesterday. Nothing about how you move has to change.

Why not just a sleeve or a brace?

Most people land here after a sleeve that slid down and a brace that stayed in the drawer. None of the three are bad products — they’re built for different jobs, and only one of them is aimed at the tendon.

      Knee sleeve Hinged brace
Targets the tendon, not the whole joint
Stays in place during running and lunges
    Breathable enough for all-day wear
    Invisible under trousers and leggings
Doesn’t restrict how the knee bends
    On in under 10 seconds
    One size, no measuring

    FAQ's

A brace wraps the whole joint and limits how it moves. Kinetiq presses on one specific point — the patellar tendon — and changes where the force goes. One restricts movement; the other redirects load. Different jobs entirely.

Because a sleeve compresses everywhere, which means it concentrates nothing. If your pain is the sharp, specific kind just below the kneecap, a sleeve was never aimed at it. That’s not your knee being beyond help — it’s the wrong tool.

It’s small because it only needs to cover one spot. The whole design logic is that the pressure is narrow and firm rather than wide and soft.

Adjustable from 11 to 20 inches, which covers slim, athletic and larger legs. No size chart, no measuring.

The inner pad is silicone and grips on skin rather than fabric. It’s the single thing we tested hardest, because it’s the reason most straps end up in a drawer.

Yes. Open-weave band, no neoprene, no sweat pooling. Under work trousers for a ten-hour shift is a normal use case.

Most people start with one and order the second within a month. That’s why the pair is discounted — it’s not an upsell, it’s what actually happens.

Every unit ships with a Placement Card. Find the bottom of your kneecap, sit the pad two fingers below it, tighten until snug. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll walk you through it.

Yes — running, tennis, football, hiking, gym. It fits under football socks and gym leggings without bunching.

No. If your knee is swollen, unstable, locks, or hurts when you’re sitting still, get it looked at. Kinetiq is for the ache that shows up when you load the joint, and it works best alongside the strengthening work a physio gives you.

Return it within 60 days for a full refund, product in good condition. We’d rather refund you than have it sit in a drawer.

Unbelievable. Put them on and off I went. I have extreme knocked knees and really didn’t think these would work for me. But no grinding getting up and down, no pain, standing straight instead of stooping. Gonna buy a couple more pairs.

The silicon pad works as advertised. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the straps. The straps are cheap and they curl. After 6 weeks, the velcro starts to lose its grip.

Was suspicious, but the ad made sense, so I bought a pair. Couldn’t be happier. Standing for long periods, I am pain-free, and I can walk up and down stairs without holding on to a rail. Thank you.

Only wore the Kinetiq a few days. Have bone on bone issue waiting for surgery. Your product was the only knee apparatus that stayed in place and supported the offending knee. I still have some pain but nothing like before. Thank you for helping!

Ive had mine less than 24 hours. My knees feel better than they have for years. Gave a pair to my 84 y/o dad this afternoon and within 10 minutes, he said, "these are amazing. I'll go for a walk this afternoon to test them out." Just don't place them so your knee cap fits into the notch. Place them 2 fingers below that.

I'm soo impressed and was so skeptical but wow so much better than any brace.

I have had knee pains dating back to my late teen years from sports, then the military and my hobbies. I had surgery on both knees within the last year to repair all the damage i have had (discoid meniscus, meniscus tears, ACL, MCL) during the procedure my surgeon discovered i have grade 3-4 arthritis; im only 36. Next option up is partial knee replacement. Cortisone stopped working and PT only did so much. We’ve been trying everything to prolong the inevitable. These have actually changed my life. I’m bike to downhill MTB and dirt biking with no pain. I can play with my kids for hours again. If you’re doubtful, i was too, and I’ve had every brace, strap, sleeve under the sun on my body at one point. Kinetiq hits different. It’s worth a go. 🤘

I was very doubtful about this product. I have seen so many items for sale, but from the first time I tried it I was sold. Like night and day. I can walk again. Thank you.

I never thought it would work! After purchasing ten different knee braces and straps, I ordered the Kinetiq knee straps and my goodness, what a difference these things have been. I've been able to walk my 1.5 miles daily without any medication and extreme pain. They're not cheaply made, nor are they flimsy. They lock right under the knee cap. I highly recommend these straps. Take a look at the photos

I’m writing this to all the skeptic comments I just read. I too was a skeptic but I decided to give it a try. I put mine on & I immediately noticed a difference. I even questioned myself. But knowing I had a trial time frame I kept wearing them. I think I was wearing them too high, right up beneath the patella. Then I saw another post that was saying to wear them an inch below that. I dropped them down an inch & realized it is not to stabilize the patella. It is to stabilize the tendons that attach to the lower knee ( I think 🤔 ). I don’t believe it is going to heal anything. But it will relieve the pain of climbing stairs. I found that out the other day at my gym. I have about 20 steps to climb after my yoga class . For the first time I climbed those stairs without having to hang on to the railings. I’m almost 79 & all I can say is they work for me. Now go out & write your own story but they are NOT a scam. Figure out how to wear them correctly & hopefully they will work for you. JB

My left knee always hurt after playing pickleball. I’m 74 and have tried every knee brace on the market. Nothing helped. I’ve see people using these so I figured why not. I put them in and like flipping a switch have not had any pain since .They work as advertised.

Yes i bought the Kinetiq and in fairness it certainly helps ease the knee pain and alliows me to walk with much less pain.

Mountain biking with patellar tendinitis was getting impossible. Crashed last year and made it worse. This strap got me back on the trails by week 3. Best $44 I've spent on biking gear and I have a $4,000 bike.

I've spent way more on stuff that did way less. Pain went from a 7 to a 2 in less than two weeks. I wear it walking the dog, doing yard work, even cleaning the house. It just works.

I hadn't been hiking in 3 years because my knees would scream after a mile. Wore this on a 6 mile trail last weekend and felt better at the end than at the start. My husband couldn't believe it.

Pickleball is the best and the worst for my knee. The lateral movement was killing me. Wore this. No problems. Played 2 hours yesterday. Knee feels fine today.

The strap is great. I just wish it came with a small carrying case for the gym bag. Currently throwing it in loose. Minor complaint about a really useful product.

I expected something flimsy for the price. It feels surprisingly well made. The silicone grip is no joke. Wore it on a 4 mile run with zero slip. My knee is happy, I'm happy.

I was training for a Spartan race and patellar tendinitis almost took me out. Got this strap. Trained through it. Finished the race last weekend. Crossed the finish line and pointed at my knee like, see?

Two months in and I'm not even thinking about my knee anymore. Used to plan my route around how much downhill I could handle. Now I just go. The strap stays exactly where I put it and I forget it's even on after a few minutes.
